One Plus Nord is a new upcoming device from one plus which is in highlights for affordable prices. The officially expected release date of One Plus Nord is 21st of July, before the release number of specs have been leaked. So far we have gathered all the latest information with the key highlights on the upcoming One Plus Nord.
OnePlus Nord Design and Camera Setup
The one plus Nord body and designs seem similar to the predecessor one plus phones, but in front, it will have dual front-facing camera setup. On the backside phone have quad-camera setup as on teaser video released by one plus Nord shows quad camera setup. As the latest released mid-range smartphones in 2020 come up with the quad-camera set up.
So we can expect the same Camera setup in one plus Nord phone as well. Where there will be a main camera of 64 MP with dual led flash along with Telephoto camera for extra zoom, Ultra-wide camera, and Macro depth camera for macro shots. The one plus Nord will have optical image stabilization (OIS) on the main camera. OIS technology helps to reduce hand-induced blur in photos and videos. It allows the camera to take well-stabilized photos and videos.
The design of the phone is expected to have a volume rocker and power button on the left side and the Alert button on the right side. On the backside OnePlus logo is visible previously we have seen similar types of logo placement on Redmi Phones.
OnePlus Nord Specification
Oneplus confirmed that the upcoming Oneplus Nord comes with the latest snapdragon 765G processor. Apart from processor specification, there is no official statement related to one plus Nord specifications. The expectations from a display is 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED (1080X2400) 90Hz display with 20:9 aspect ration and 408ppi .
We can expect on one plus Nord will come in two storage models 128GB and 256GB with 6GB or 12GB of RAM. For battery, we can expect a battery around 4,115mAh with a 30-watt fast charger. All the mid-range smartphones released under 2020 have almost similar specifications.
What we are not expecting from the phone is wireless charging, water-resistance certification, and the audio jack. As we have seen audio jack has become history mostly new phones have already removed the headphone jack from there phones. To make it affordable we have seen many smartphones manufacturer have to skip IP water resistance certifications which helps them to add additional features on phone. This makes phone prices slash down, not only IP certificate but hardware will add extra cost on the phone. We cant expect wireless charging feature in the mid-price segment.
OnePlus Nord Price
As we can expect one plus new line up will be under 25,000 Rs to 30,000 Rs in India which comes around 330$ to 400$.If we see all the mid-segment phones with similar types of specifications are available in the market within the price bracket of 25000 to 30000 range. So, we can expect the same price range from one plus nord too.
One Plus Nord Series
We can expect new phones under the mid-range phones segment in the one plus Nord series as this new line up series, where one plus will release new mid-segment phones. As we have seen the same trend with other competitors as well where the main brand will release sub-brands. Xiaomi has done it before with a POCO series brand where premium features are at competitive prices.
